Nidec Conversion is hiring a Junior PM for the Service of Cinisello Balsamo (MI) site.

The Service Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope of work allocated, completing it within the time, budget, and cash targets, whilst optimizing the margin for the Company.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the development of the Project Execution Strategy, scheduling plan, updating it to reflect progress, optimizing work, and resolving problems; Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; Manage claims in accordance with the Service PM Coordinator; Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedures and processes.

QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE: Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management.

EXPERIENCE 3 years of experience in similar companies and in the role or proven experience as a Project Engineer and interested in becoming a PM.
