What you will do
Service Quality SDA Coordinator is responsible to publish technical documentation related to SDA products and act as interface between Markets and SDA Product Line to follow up all the main claims related to Quality Issue and Service Ability of related products.
Main Activities
- Publication of Technical Documentation (SBOM, EV, Tech Notes) for all New Products introduced in the market
- Publish Repair Index for range of products involved
- Support Global Contact Center and Markets on Technical Features of New Products introduced
- Follow start of commercialization of New Products introduced in order to give EWS (Early Warning Signals) to Product Quality
- Reflect on SBOM the running changes executed in production
- Collect from Markets main issues in terms of product failures and interface with Product Quality for related solution and communication back to the market
- Train & Support Global Contact Center on issues possible to be solved without need of repair (Call Avoidance; Soft Service)
- Reverse Logistic and Analysis of Finish Goods and Spare Parts
What you need to succeed
Requirement:
Must have
- Technical Diploma
- 5+ years in similar position within Service Department
- English fluent
- Italian
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to details and structured way of working
- Good capability to work inside multicultural team and interface with other people
- Good communication capability
- Good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor or Master Degree to be considered as a plus
