Service Sales Engineer C&I – Grundfos Water Treatment Grundfos Water Treatment is looking for a Service Sales Engineer for the C&I Division. With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos' world-renowned capabilities in pump technology. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.

In this position, you will play a fundamental role for the development and management of after-sales for the C&I Water Treatment Customer with the main objectives of reaching the reference budget and full customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities: Identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales calls and customer visits for the assigned areaCollaboration with corporate functions to identify and develop service packsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arisePrepare offers and quotations to be discussed with the customer and the shipownerNegotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunitiesYour background: We imagine that you have:

Technical qualification as chemicalPrevious experience of 2 years in structured companies in the plant sector, preferably specific in water treatmentAvailability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territoryKnowledge of the English languageStrong skills of empathy and creation of interpersonal relationshipsProblem solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility and inclination towards innovations complete the required profileWhat's in it for you?
