Write the next chapter of your ABB story. This position reports toService Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, and services within the defined industry segment(s).
You will ensure that the related business substantially increases sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments.
You will also lead the definition of industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model).
This role is contributing to Service Application in Customers Italy, focusing on Service Sales in the North Area.
Main stakeholders include End Users, Customers, and Own State Companies.
Responsibilities include:Ensuring efficient Sales Marketing activities and communicating value propositions related to the entire Service Portfolio: Retrofit and revamping Solutions, DA Solutions, Frame Agreement, and Spares in Energy Distribution Customers and segments. Developing and implementing a market-based strategy including direct, third-party, and project sales. Interpreting the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements and implementing country-specific action plans. Activating operational intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices. Driving the growth of the top line in each target industry segment. Qualifications for the roleMaster's Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma in the Electro-technical field. Excellent command of MS Office tools. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Availability for business trips in Italy is required. Customer-oriented, problem-solving attitude, ability to work and communicate efficiently in a team, proactivity, precision, high motivation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills complete your profile.
