Service Sales Specialist
Description For our Business Unit High Voltage based in Lodi, we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating sales opportunities within the designated areas, focusing on the installed base penetration (IB). Your responsibilities: In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager, implement Service sales strategy. Penetrate IB, promote various upgrade, retrofit, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customer. Understand the channel strategy, establish related prices, prepare sales plans, review them, and propose recovery plan(s) when needed. Be responsible for driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy, developing trends for identifying and winning new business, developing contract strategy, and project proposals based on policies, customer requirements, budgets, and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards. Identify, discuss, review, and negotiate the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliance with respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance. Document any changes/amendments that happen during contract execution. Assess and monitor the success/deviations of contracts to identify required changes. Ensure the timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams, and the client's own representatives. Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/terminology. Background: Bachelor / Master Degree in Management Engineering or similar (technical background is required). 2-5 years of experience in Sales roles, preferably in the industrial field. Fluency in both Italian and English (B2/C1). Proactivity, resilience, customer-oriented mindset, and outstanding communication skills are required.
