Job TitleService Sales Specialist, Enterprise InformaticsJob DescriptionHelp drive the Service Sales growth using data and insights in collaboration with Account Managers, Local team and other Sales Specialists. Enterprise Informatics, our software business, is a key driver of growth for Philips in the next decade. Service Sales is a key focus area and a strategic lever for Enterprise Informatics in this next growth phase. A dedicated and focused Service Sales Organization is being created for Europe to achieve an annual growth of 10-15% in the next 5 years. Your role:Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions in collaboration with account sales teamsOwn identified Accounts to help drive service contract renewals/upsells by engaging directly with customers, as neededSustain existing business and drive profitable new business that exceeds territory sales targets in the area of servicesUse effective management, prospecting and qualifying activities to communicate business directionMaintain relationships with account sales teams to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submissionsPrepare and deliver accurate business forecasting monthly via accurate lead and opportunity managementMonitor competition and changes in the industry in the respective domainProvide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product and service offeringsDrives continuous improvements applying LEANYou're the right fit if:Bachelor Degree, and 1-5 years of related experienceExposure to Healthcare domain and Healthcare IT would be preferableExpertise in Data Analytics and AI for deriving insights will be an added advantageEager to win, Take Ownership, Team up to excelCollaborate, Build Networks, Persuade, Plan and AlignMarket / Industry KnowledgeFunnel Management - Product / Services KnowledgeConsultative selling skillsOpportunity ManagementAble to drive continuous improvement via LEANHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
