YOUR TASKS: The main task of the Service Sales Specialist is to support the discussion with customers in order to sell spare parts, services, and upgrades to our customers in Italy, Greece, Croatia, and Serbia, as well as support the renewal of existing maintenance & service agreements.

The position is located in Rome, and he/she will support the Service Sales Manager in:

Actively selling to strategic key customers, including:Preparation of project-specific pricing & solutionsProfessional presentation of offerings, including value-based price argumentationManagement of large tenders concerning various after-sales matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments)Sharing of best practice experiences within our European sales communityNegotiation of service contract renewals as well as support level agreementsContinuous market observation of customer needs, trends, and competitor analysis to support the development of the service product portfolioRegularly and promptly updating the line manager and/or other stakeholdersYOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experienceMaster's degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be a plus1-2 years of relevant working experienceShort internship in after sales (renewable energy sector) would be a plusInternational experience would be considered a plusProactive and result-oriented with strategic and analytical skillsExcellent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
