The Service Sales team is looking for a Service Sales Support based in our Parma site.

- Regular contract_

- Reporting to Sales Service Manager_

Your tasks

In your role you will

- Create quotes for Spare Parts, Service Intervention, Upgrades.

- Order handling and support the quotation process e. g.

locate required spare parts including drawings and part numbers and sales material including pricing, delivery time for new, old projects.

- Coordinate, follow-up and close Service Tickets requests.

- Support First Service Order and Service Agreement initiatives

Your background

You are:

- a Mechanical engineer or equivalent

- a team player and a good communicator

- a good motivator

- a good negotiator

- Customer oriented with a proactive approach

You have

- previous 3 years' experience as Service Sales Support

- Good English Level
