To reach our mission **we are looking for a talented Service Specialist**, willing to join the Service team at Abac Product Company, Robassomero (Turin, Italy).

**Mission

As part of CTS divison located in the Prodcut company, your mission is to ensure all products from development are going through quality improvements until the Transfer to End of life Support in CTS division has the service in mind.

**Objectives

Your Assignments will be aligned with the 4 pillars of CTS:

- Daily support: As a service specialist, you become the Responsible person for product range, the "go-to" person for technical request when the customer center cannot support.

- Projects: As part of the aftermarket team, you will integrate the PTMs (Project Team Meetings) of new project developments, ensuring the design for life concepts are implemented, and ensuring the customer centers have the proper training, tools and spare parts to provide service to our products until the end of product support life.

- Quality improvement: As part of CTS team, you will analyze and translate information from the field into technical laguange, define priority to the Product Company to act on improvements and lead the TCM (Technical commitee Meeting) for your range, bringing quality improvements and ensuring warranty cost are under control.

- Trainings: As part of CTS team you will prepare and present technical trainings for the Customer Centers which topics are new products, products improvements, refresh of products, new tools for service, etc. . .

**Competence Requirements**:

- Technical bachelor in engineering or equivalent through experience

- Fluent English and Italian
