Posizione: As a Service Strategy Planning Specialist, you will participate and actively contribute to ambitious growth targets of NHOA designing, crafting and implementing a world class after sales service at NHOA.
You will be in charge of the after-sale activities for the Battery Energy Storage Systems installed by NHOA.
Reporting directly to the Head of Service Strategy Planning, you will perform and oversee the OM activities with a truly customer-centric and results driven approach supporting our key customers.
Task And Duties: Assist the geography-based Head of Service in managing Client relationships and, where needed, plant performances in order to verify compliance with contractual obligations; Assist the Head of Service Strategy Planning and the geography-based Head of Service in contacting and preparing Request for Quotations for OM local contractors and defining the most appropriate and cost-effective strategy; Support the Head of Service Strategy Planning in setting up the most effective and cost-efficient strategy for projects spare parts management, including the evaluation of implementing local warehouses in collaboration with the relevant counterparties from the Operations Department; Perform gap and risks analyses between contracts signed with Clients and Suppliers, in collaboration with Procurement and Legal Departments, to suggest best-practices and map improvement areas related to contract agreements with suppliers and local subcontractors; Develop, supported by other planning functions within the Operations Department, a centralized allocation plan for NHOA (and eventually local contractors') personnel; Actively support and provide guidelines to the geography-based Head of Service for LTSA and OM budget monitoring; Provide guidelines to the Business Development and Techsales teams for country-specific LTSA and OM proposals, with a Client-driven approach and an optimized pricing strategy; Actively contribute to the improvement of the Service processes and procedures by providing feedback; Participation in training courses on specialized topics, locally or abroad as required.
Requisiti: Requirements: Master degree in Engineering (Management Engineering considered as a plus); Previous experience (at least three years) in dealing with renewable plants (Battery Energy Storage Systems is considered as a plus) related: OM contracts negotiation and management; Warranty obligations compliance; Plant performance monitoring; Plant spare parts management strategy; Tools development for personnel allocation and activities planning.
Soft Skills: Fast learning (also "training on-the-job") on the functionality and critical issues of a product/system; Strong interest in growing by testing himself/herself within a competitive reality; Excellent problem-solving skills; Goal-oriented approach; Ability to work in a team with a proactive mindset and motivation; Good knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus); Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Knowledge of personnel and activities planning tools.
