Support service centers and/or end customers for technical issues
Simulate faults, investigate the main causes of machine malfunction and find the most appropriate solutions
Provide first-level reporting support in case customer service has not been able to solve the possible problem
Suggest new products to arrive at a technical solution, within the agreed time Importante Azienda.
To do this, he/she will need to possess good communication skills, both to relate to internal staff and to suppliers/referrers outside the organization
Contribute to the definition and implementation of after-sales strategies
Provide technical training to customers and service centerson the product, including diagnosing problems and related repair/maintenance
RequisitiHigh school degree in technical field, preferably electronics or computer science, or degree in the same field
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), which will be verified at interview
Previous experience working in a service department for electronic products (manufacturing, after-sales or similar)
Excellent communication skills with customers, internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of the use of MS Office
Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
