For our client, a multinational company leader in global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services, we are searching for a:

**SERVICE TECHNICIAN.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performing maintenance and providing customer support

- Commissioning, use and maintenance training for customer

- Field intervention

- Diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions to repair them

- Filling out detailed reports and keeping records on services that have been performed

- Repairing machine and testing them to ensure they are working correctly

- Building and maintaining relationships with customers

- Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization

- Collaborating internally with other departments

**Qualifications &Experience Required**:

- Technical Degree or similar certification

- Experience as electronic technician or similar role

- Experience with electronic testing and electronic components

- Ability to repair, service, test and troubleshoot machine

- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule

- Good English skills are required.

French language is preferred

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills, ability to effectively manage time

- Availability to travel worldwide for service
