**Posizione**:

As a Service Technician, you will participate and actively contribute to the after-sales service at NHOA Energy through a truly customer centric and results driven approach. Reporting directly to the Head of Service, you will oversee the after-sale activities for the plants installed worldwide.

**Task And Duties**:

- Perform the required scheduled preventive maintenance and the corrective maintenance activities on site;

- Supervise and monitor remotely NHOA Energy plants to guarantee the full operation of the systems and to maximize their performances;

- Reporting on corrective/preventive maintenance and on system analysis;

- Remote and on-site support to the customer in terms of quick response in case of failure/fault on any components/assets to restore system functionalities in the shortest time possible;

- Perform fast troubleshooting activities through plant HMI, data analysis and PLC code debug;

- Actively contribute to the improvement of the Service processes and procedures by providing "from the field" feedback;

- Support the production during the testing phase of containerized subsystems;

- Support the commissioning team on-site.

**Requisiti**:

**Requirements:

- Previous experience in PLC testing, programming, and coding (or at least basic knowledge);

- Fast learning (also "training on-the-job") on the functionality and critical issues of a product/system;

- Strong interest in growing by testing himself/herself within a competitive reality;

- Excellent problem-solving skills/Goal-oriented approach;

- Ability to work in a team with a proactive mindset and motivation;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus);

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Availability to travel abroad even with very short notice;

- Availability to work on shifts.
