**J**ob summary

We're currently looking for a **Service Technician **to join our team!

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for both in house and field repairs of the entire Seital product line including auxiliary equipment used in conjunction with our equipment and you may need to provide additional support for other SPXFLOW products.

**In this role, you will be expected to travel up to 80% of your time both domestically and internationally**, ** to meet the customer's needs while acquiring in-dept knowledge on SPXFLOW machines.

**What will I be doing?

Responsibilities will include:

- Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety policies and procedures

- Install, commission and maintain machines, equipment and components at customer sites

- Perform teardown and diagnostic tests to ensure proper functionality

- Help ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance

- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that interfaces well with customers and SPX Flow team members

- Produce detailed service reports for the field visits and follow safety procedures to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintained

**What do I need?

In order to succeed you'll also need:

- Mechanical background/ technical Degree - preferably in Food & Beverage

- Fluent in Italian and English

- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as a strong member of a team

- Willingness to travel up to 80% of your time

- Open-minded and flexible

- Great communication and interpersonal skills

- Eager to grow within SPX Flow and learn about different technologies and equipment
