Seriomac is looking for a Service Technician for its Headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager.

The purpose of this position is to guarantee the correct commissioning, testing and installation of machines and provide technical support on existing machines at the client's premises.

Main Responsibilities: Carries out the electromechanical installation and setup of machines and auxiliary equipment (leak tester, box filler, tray packer, stacker, cameras, etc.

)Provides technical support on testing and commissioning new machinesTests production lines, in particular EBM machines, pick and place, tray packers, control and vision systems, etc. Provides support to plants in start-up phase of new plants in identifying and solving technical problems to ensure timely start of industrial productionMakes changes necessary for the line's efficient operationCollaborates with the technical office in order to suggest improvementsTravel for about 50% of the time. Technical Skills: Excellent applied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systemsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM)Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practicesGood knowledge of EnglishEducation and Experience: Minimum three years' experience in a similar role in a company producing machinesSerioplast is committed to building a diverse workforce.
