Service Technician - Battery Energy Storage Systems and Hybrid Technology GensetsPramac , part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for an International Service Technician – Battery Energy Storage Systems and Hybrid Technology Genset to join the HQ Team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Provide the necessary technical support to the branches related to BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
Lead the BESS and Hybrid gensets product line services and be a reference for any technical support and consultation.
Manage the definition and production of technical training materials and troubleshooting guidance for all BESS and Hybrid gensets product line.
Coordinate with factory to resolve field & quality issues.
Provide technical consultations on warranty reviews and approvals.
Monitor the aftersales cases for BESS and Hybrid gensets and report on a monthly basis to quality and R&D departments.
About the candidate: Proven experience in a similar role with a reputed organization.
Strong communicator with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Solution-focused with excellent customer service skills.
Strong technical experience with the ability to diagnose & troubleshoot control panels, automatic transfer switches, and read all electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Proven experience in generators paralleling and synchronization.
Proven experience in Hybrid systems and inverters.
Ability to prepare service & technical reports.
