**Job Description**:

- Identifies and reports equipment malfunctions.

- Handles set up, installation and operation of equipment.

- Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

- Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.

- Completes all required documentation.

- Performs recommended approved daily, preventative maintenance.

- Provides daily equipment quality checks to ensure proper functioning.
