SERVICE TECHNICIAN

for clients located in BOLOGNA, MODENA, and surrounding areas.

MISSION: The candidate, reporting to the Branch Service Coordinator, will contribute to providing the best assistance service to ensure full customer satisfaction while complying with safety regulations.

What we offer: Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs in accordance with daily planning at client sites within their area of competence based on requests received from headquarters.

Technical assistance and maintenance on forklifts, specifically: troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electrical/electronic and mechanical/hydraulic nature.

Improvement of efficiency for rental fleet vehicles.

Support clients with inquiries regarding maintenance and repairs performed, providing clear and precise information.

Provide consulting and support services to clients regarding the use of our products.

Timely communication of client needs to the Service Team manager.

Ensure that health and safety standards, regulations, and procedures are adhered to.

Understand and work in accordance with the KPIs related to Service.

Tasks and Qualifications: Five-year diploma or three/four-year qualification in technical electronics and/or mechanics.

Basic knowledge of electrotechnics, hydraulics, and motor mechanics.

Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.

Knowledge of workplace safety principles and environmental protection.

Previous experience in the role in the sector or related fields of at least two years.

Good communication and interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel daily to our clients.

Living in the indicated areas is a plus.
