As a DTI manager, you will be be creative and new ideas are the most welcome in daily job, we are the team where new technology can be thought based on market demand but with the freedom to mix existing BH solutions, technical and commercial, to bring the real added value to customers.
- Mid-Long term Order pipeline generation:
- Demand Generation, to influence customer needs, position service, develop solutions, ensure right positioning for future opportunities, create an accreive pipeline of opportunities for upgrades.
- Unsolicited pipeline generation.
- Deploy & manage DTI campaigns based on market trends and selected indicators
- Push to Regional Sales team campaigns on F2F upgrade kits and beyond as well as NPDs.
- Support LRP program bringing new ideas and making commercial followup on NPD programs
- Interact with customers jointly with Sales Team in the projects scouting phase and anticipating potential solution based on customer/site needs
- Develop prospecting phase for complex projects rejuvenation/relocation, oOEM replacement & extended BOP.
- Works in close cooperation with product management, engineering and commercial teams.
- Launch commercial initiatives turn customers' tech issue in opportunity.
- Technology solution development:
- Develop targeted and tailored ROI studies to promote unsolicited upgrades in Service fleet targeting also oOEM machines
- Work on identified single deals to create a valuable technical solution mixing all BH product portfolio, from GT modular replace, compressor re-bundle up to process optimization with newest technologies to develop an attractive techno-commercial offering
- Coordinating cross-functional support for budget proposals and solutions as well as technology qualification with customers.
- Ability to execute feasibility studies of proposed solution at equipment and plant level
- Scout for new opportunities from alternative sources (Service Requests, IBAS outage planning, etc. ).
- Perform SOA, roadshow on broader Upgrade portfolio from F2F kit to extended BOP
- Write technology paper and conference presentations
**Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; engineering degree preferred in case.
- Willing to deep dive in commercial aspect of the solutions
- Deep knowledge of Oil & Gas market, with a particularly strong focus on different segments and Energy Transition trends.
- "Hands on" experience on Service main products (Compression and expander equipment and site process) and their design.
- Capability to use different tools and software to make some initial technical evaluation for biz cases
- Able to develop customer relationship and willing to deep dive into deal commercial aspects
- Able to capture customer economic, process and technical specifications and translate into competitive BH offering.
- Must be a self-starter & able to work on their own initiative.
- Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Fluent English essential, Italian or another language would be an advantage.
