A. , an International Contractor with a key role in today's energy transition process, is looking for a for aSERVICENOW ARCHITECTto be part of the ServiceNow Operations Team in the IT Area. Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet company's needs and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation. Perform assessments and evaluations of the existing ServiceNow implementation, offering recommendations for improvements. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. Requirements:Minimum of four years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. Advanced level in spoken and written English. Place of work: Milano, via Russolo 5.
