Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a ServiceNow Developer in Milan, for one of our top clients in the Energy sector.

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible to work on specific project activities, implementing part of the solution that have been assigned to you by team leader.

The successful candidate must establish and maintain relationships with the team and be able, if requested, to present to the client the activities done.

He must also be able of participating to technical meeting with the clients to understand the requirements of the solution client is presenting Responsibilities Develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now Create the technical documentation and the user manual related to the part of the solution you created Test of the solution created by you Support, from a technical point of view, the resolution of incident / problems affecting the area where your team is working Analyze and maintain existing software applications Qualifications Overall 3+ years of experience working in IT 2 years minimum experience directly on ServiceNowSQL database or relational database skills ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and possible Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least one of the following modules: ITSM, ITBM, HR, CMDB and ServiceNow Fluency in Italian and English language, both written and spoken Why choose TATA?
