**You will get the chance to**:

- Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement custom workflows and modules within the ServiceNow platform (e. g. , Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog).

- Configure and optimize out-of-the-box features, including reporting, dashboards, and self-service portals.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, scripts, or middleware tools.

- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users and technical teams.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices during solution design and implementation.

- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage updates and upgrades.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to streamline business processes.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and module implementation.

- Advanced knowledge of **ServiceNow Scripting** (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts).

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integration tools.

- Experience in platform upgrades and customizations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
