This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. Responsibilities:Lead business processes with clients through the account team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with strategic goals. Define and implement commercial strategies, providing visibility to key stakeholders within Globant. Coordinate Solution Architect teams and manage relationships with ServiceNow. Develop and execute maintenance and growth strategies within assigned accounts, fostering long-term business relationships. Identify and implement entry strategies for Globant accounts where the designated practice is not yet established. Take full ownership of the assigned sales budget, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Build and manage relationships with key technology contacts within the firm to drive tailored solutions for clients. Efficiently handle relationships with ServiceNow, ensuring strategic alignment and business growth. Deliver high-value proposals to clients, integrating ServiceNow's sales strategies with Globant's offerings. Requirements:Expertise in consultative sales processes within the technology sector. Strong knowledge of technology project implementation methodologies. Proven experience managing relationships with high-level stakeholders. Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their application to industry-specific challenges. Ability to comprehend and address client challenges within the framework of digital transformation. Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate value propositions and business benefits. Create with us digital products that people love.
