Servicenow Tech Lead
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a ServiceNow Tech Lead in Milan for one of our top clients, a main actor in the European and global market. With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, they want to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and develop new business models. The candidate will deal with different ServiceNow modules, Environment in Constant innovation and enabling recently released features. The ideal candidate:4 years minimum experience directly on ServiceNow ServiceNow Fundamentals Certified (CSA) and Implementation Specialist Certified (CIS) in at least one of the following module ITSM, ITBM, CMDB and ServiceNow microcertification on various areas including Performance analytics and Virtual Agent.
Demonstrate strong technical (English) communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts in detail, clearly to other technical and non-technical people. A Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, Change Management, Custom Development, Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks (i. e.
AngularJS).
Strong experience in the development of major elements of a ServiceNow solution including frontend / backend scripts, business rules, ui scripts, transform maps and integration with external systems using web services, email integration and Single Sign on Configuration. Strong Experience of ServiceNow Platform configuration to setup an instance providing at least ITSM implementation including also Service Catalog creation. Required Experience:Italian and English communication proficiency. Good knowledge and understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB framework. 4 years minimum of experience in ServiceNowDemonstrated strong understanding of the following ServiceNow technologies / modules: ITOM (incl.
CMDB, event Management, Service Mapping), Project/Portfolio Suite, HR services (incl.
HR Service Catalogue, portal). Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask and effective time management skillsAdditional Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:Experience with PowerShellExperience with SQL3 to 5 years of experience in Client Facing Communications (Oral, Written)Why choose TATA?
