Services & Spares Category Manager

You will be based in Assago (MI) in a modern office setting with colleagues dedicated to Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and other functions.
**Mission**:
In this role you will be part of the Ownership Sales & Services function.
Your aim will be to manage the local product offering and performance by category, in-line with the Electrolux Aftermarket commercial strategy as set out by the central Services & Spares Category Managers.
The role will be heavily supported by the Services & Spares Commercial Manager who serves as a link between the local and central business units.
Your goal will be to build upon the current strategy and drive transformation throughout the Aftermarket organisation to significantly drive commercial growth, increased consumer loyalty and improved internal communications.
**Key responsibilities**:
- To increase sales and profit of Electrolux Aftermarket products and services and to achieve the agreed targets in line with the evolving European Aftermarket strategy
- Take responsibility for enacting product developments locally from the central teams, while simultaneously providing the local feedback back to the central team
- Assisting the evolving Aftermarket strategy, continuing the recent commercial growth and penetration of the Electrolux group install base (units in operation) by supporting each cluster to adopt and execute new programmes and the sharing of European best practice
- Take responsibility for driving the local P&L performance within the function, focusing on managing costs as much as increasing revenue
- Responsible for market analysis, product groups & competitors to identify and prioritize opportunity areas for the expansion and development of services and spares offerings
- To create an exceptionally strong working relationship across the sales and operational Aftermarket team
- To plan sales and promotion activities, together with the Category and Marketing teams
- Responsible for the communication and implementation of pricing strategies across the different Aftermarket products and repair services
**Education & skills
- A previous professional experience in an Aftersales/Aftermarket role is highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial, growth-driven and outward (consumer and market) focused
- Proven experience of affecting change working in a matrix management organization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as ability to participate in the strategy while keeping a hands-on approach
- Strong business acumen and ability to cross-collaborate
- Fluent in the Italian and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe periodically as and when required
