Within the Company Projects and Services Department, this role has the responsibility of the Procurement activities related to Technical and consultancy services. The selected candidate will report directly to the Department Group Leader and will have the responsibility to support the team in the assigned activities both for Corporate and Projects Requirements. Main Responsibilities:negotiate with suppliers best costs and service levelsorganize and run tenders leveraging e-Procurement System (SAP Ariba)structure and perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awardingprepare and negotiate in autonomy Contracts/Frame Agreements with supplierssecure compliance with internal procedures and protocolsidentify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities also through constant interfacing with Group Companies and Internal StakeholdersRequired Skills:education:University Degree in Business & Economics; Law or Engineering wouldbe considered a plusmore than 6 years Purchasing experienceexperience in-end-to end tender managementcomfortable and capable of leading and developing junior resourcesstrong experience in negotiating with suppliers both costs and contracts Terms & Conditionsability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholdersstrong organizational, interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiessolid problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situationsstrong written and verbal communication skills in the English languageproven team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationshipsgood computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications, SAP and Ariba
