Job Description Summary**: Join the Professional Service Team of GE Digital Manufacturing and lead digital transformation projects to accelerate production optimization for our customers in Europe.

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Senior Project Manager within the Professional Services team of GE Digital Manufacturing

- Plan and coordinate digital projects to accelerate production optimization at our customer sites in Europe.

- Deliver manufacturing execution systems by leveraging on MES-Proficy Smart Factory, our suite which enables lean manufacturing through on-premise, cloud, or hybrid solutions.

- Act as primary customer contact for the duration of each project to negotiate/coordinate with stakeholders, solve issues, provide periodic updates on the timeline, budget and quality of deliverable, ensure customer satisfaction.

- Lead and communicate with the project team to break down the project scope into tasks, monitor the execution, assess risks and identify countermeasures to ensure on time delivery.

- Manage the purchasing aspects of a project, i. e.

recruiting and selection of right profiles from subcontractors, collaborate with GE purchasing department to reach a service agreement, create the purchase order and manage renewal

- Act as a Professional Services representative within cross-functional teams (Sales , Marketing, Product, Finance, etc. )

either at a pre-sales stage to maximize chances of convert a sales opportunity into an order or whenever a specific initiative to achieve a common goal is launched.

**Required Qualifications

- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

- This role requires advanced experience (5+ years) in the Services & Digital Project Management.

- Fluent English.

- In-depth knowledge of software for digital transformation in the manufacturing sector, preferably MES Proficy Smart Factory Suite).

- Project Management certification (PMI PMP or equivalent) will be considered as a plus.
