Services Quality Leader
Mission We're looking for a Service Quality Leader who is accountable for defining proper quality KPIs and other fundamentals for Service offers, including Spares & Battery, Modernization & Consulting, Maintenance, etc. This role is accountable for service offer creation and quality excellence delivered to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first contact in the region, you will manage customer containment actions (Business Risk escalation, Root cause analysis), prevention actions to avoid recurring issues, and provide project quality control during the offer creation in an Agile transformation environment, coaching and helping project teams on a quality mindset.
What will you do? Engage and contribute to Service Offer creation and evolution teams with strong quality expertise, identify quality metrics that fit Service Offers, and drive continuous improvement. Support Agile transformation at the LoB level from a quality perspective, being E2E accountable for Quality on new Service Offers. Lead the team to define annual quality targets and roadmap for the offers in charge, ensuring the effectiveness of quality improvement activities and driving follow-up. Promote and coach a quality mindset within project/squad teams in an Agile transformation environment, representing and reminding the customer voice in the Service Offer creation and evolution process. Ensure proper risk management and all quality deliverables. Supervise the complete scope of quality (Design, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier) for Service offers under Service LOB responsibility to improve customer experience. Secure collection and analysis of all data related to quality (I2P, Customer Survey or feedback, manufacturing quality, supplier) and drive quality issue resolution and prevention using 8D and Lean Six Sigma, coordinating with Operations. Actively support the product line of business on PWP/withdraw projects during technology transfers (risk analysis, product control specification) and challenge to ensure good quality handshake between Product LoB and Service with clear SLA. Drive risk analysis for customers regarding non-conformant products or quality issues. What qualifications, skills, and capabilities will make you successful? 3+ years OQL experience and 3+ years Project Quality experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality or Engineering; MBA is a plus. Open-minded for new ways of working – performing quality control in a smart way. Solid background in Medium and Low voltage (Technical, Industry, R&D); background with Secure Power is a plus. Basic Agile knowledge (real Agile project experience is a plus). Familiarity with Schneider Service Business is a plus. Black belt certification is a plus. Strong influencing and convincing skills; coaching skills are a plus. Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities. Multicultural skills and experience; fluent in English. High capability to prioritize and comfortable with uncertainty.
