DescriptionWithin the Corporate Projectsand Services Department and reporting to the Department Group Leader, this rolehas the responsibility to procure Projects Transportation Services and developCost Estimates for Commercial Proposals:Key Activities & Responsibilities within Projects, Sourceand procure logistics/shipping services in compliance with Available Budget, ProjectSchedule, Required Service Levels, Contracted Scope of Work & Qualityrequirements:develop and propose Project Tender Strategy;coordinate with Internal Stakeholders to secureon time availability of tender documents;prepare, Develop, Manage and Run complex tendersin autonomy;assess Financial and Compliance Risk ofForwarders in order to identify and mitigate potential risks;analyze tender data, perform scenario analysisand develop negotiation strategy; negotiate with Forwarders best costs, servicelevels and contractual terms;develop complex Commercial Bid Evaluations andpropose awarding;define and Prepare Award Recommendation;prepare and issue Contracts/ Frame Agreements withForwarders, consistent with project requirements and company rules;contract Management & Follow up (e. g.

NewPrices requests, Claims and Contract revisions. . );

support the Group Leader in driving thedevelopment and sustainability of a Transportation service providers supplybase able to meet Projects and Corporate Strategy requirements;prepare Cost Estimates for CommercialDepartment;interface with all internal Stakeholders(Project Team, Logistics specialists, Legal, Administration and Estimatingdepartment…);propose continuous process improvements leadingto cost optimization leveraging also Digital InnovationsPersonal Attributes:knowledge of reference market and relevant providers;ability to manage multiple tasks/activities atthe same time;strong data analysis and scenario development;consolidated time management and problem solvingattitude;strong

experiencein transportation contracts preparation and negotiation;proficient written and verbal communication inEnglish;attention to details to ensure all documents/deliverablesproduced are accurate;aptitude to build, develop and consolidaterelationships at all levels within the company organization and supply base;knowledge of SAP.
