**Key responsibilities**:
Supports the Italy SFE & Commercial Excellence Lead by providing expertise in data for CRM system adoption and usage.
Articulate the data needs of the market, understanding the available data sources within the market.
Extract and analyze CRM data sets / integrate with external data sets for reporting purposes including Sales.
**The role holder will need to**:
- Create standardized/centralized reporting catalogue (Central)
- Help to define, deliver, and maintain a set of common Europe sales reports
- Extract CRM data and integration with external data sets for reporting purposes
- Interrogate large data sets and answering analysis-based queries relating to CRM data
- Create periodic and ad hoc reports, dashboard summaries for management/ executive decision-making regarding the salesforce
- Analyze and report on CRM and related sales data using PowerBI and other O365 tools
- Assist users with the creation of CRM personal views, dashboards and minor reports/extracts
- Spot trends in data and keeping management informed of KPIs, including highlighting significant deviations in data trends and unusual data errors
- Proactively analyzing data to identify opportunities that can improve sales efficiency or that may require further analysis
- Contribute to training material and creation of technical documentation
**Language Skills Required
- Italian: Mother tongue or native level
- English: Fluent (speaking/writing/reading)
**Must Have**:
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI to include query writing, database design and administration
**Desirable
- Experience in the med-tech or pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
