We are looking for a candidate to join our internship program within the Shared Services Department. The selected candidate will, through mentorship and on-the-job support from the Shared Services Assistant and the Shared Services Manager, acquire skills and knowledge related to managing relationships with external suppliers for the planning and scheduling of all ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, reviewing maintenance programs, and updating the internal database of company assets.

The candidate will also receive training in managing the company car fleet, waste disposal within a chemical industry, monthly monitoring of safety equipment, and supporting the Shared Services Manager with BMS-related activities. Required background:Diploma in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications, and/or a Bachelor's degree in Management EngineeringKnowledge of English (level B1) and good knowledge of Italian language (level C2)Good knowledge of Office applications, especially Excel. A good inclination for teamwork and strong relational and communication skills with both company personnel and external suppliers, along with careful task management and precision in daily work. Preferably residing in or around Siena, or willing to relocate to Siena.
