**What You Will Do

- Manages SHE programs, compliance and results for the business

- Works with leaders to identify SHE priorities and programs for the area managed, including performance metrics, communication and change management.

- Provides technical leadership and functional guidance for health standards proEnsures that required monitoring of operations or industrial exposures is in placemulgated by regulatory authorities.

- Ensures that leading and lagging SHE metrics are collected.

**Minimum Qualifications

- Degree in Chemical Engineering; occupational safety, environmental, or a related field

- 3 or more Years of experience from a similar role in a Chemical - Pharmaceutical plant

- Proven ability to lead, develop and implement programs and processes.

- Knowledge of MS Office

- English fluent
