As an Outbound Shift Leader, you will report directly to the Outbound Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the assigned section of the warehouse are completed by coordinating the team of people on shift.

**- Monitor and verify goods output by optimizing processes and finding weaknesses.

- Ensure the correct supply of goods and processes

- Coordinate the activities of the order preparation staff and transfer

- know-how to new team members

**Your

**experience

**- Reliability, responsibility and desire for development

- Knowledge of warehouse processes and merchandise flow

- Experience in a grocery or FMCG store/warehouse preferred

- Experience managing a team
