At Henkel Zingonia, you will have the opportunity to carry out many production improvements and innovation projects.

YOUR ROLE Manage and ensure qualitative, hygiene and security parameters of all departments (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000) Approach to lean manufacturing Collaborate with colleagues and facilitate communication among teams Support the production supervisor in planning daily activities in the departments Deliver analysis of plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects Ensure operations processes and solutions YOUR SKILLS Chemical high school diploma/Degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field Fluent in Italian and English Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required Great interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with different colleagues Knowledge of Microsoft Office package Availability to work on shifts Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
