**About this opportunity**:

**Your work environment**:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a **Shift Manager** to join the Manufacturing Team and to support the Manufacturing Manager and his teams based in Parma, Italy.

**Your mission in Crown**:

Following a period of training, you will be responsible for a team of shift employees, you will ensure the achievement of plans and targets which result in an efficient and cost effective operation.

Responsibilities include the day to day management of the shift employees, with a specific focus on production, as well as leading and developing them in accordance with the EHS and HR policies and procedures.

A safety first approach is essential and previous experience of operating with a continuous improvement approach to the resolution of challenges would be advantageous.

Attention to detail with regards to quality of product is critical and this focus must be followed through with your shift teams.
