We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our Electrification business.

You will supervise and support the shift team in the development of work plans defined by the schedule, ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area.

You will work with the unit supervisor to create an effective working environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

**This position reports to**:

Production Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist unit supervisor in shift processing, coordination and execution of work plan within production lines during the shift.

- Provide regular feedback and make recommendations for the management of issues within the production line, including production line organization, prioritization and possible critical situations.

- Assist the unit supervisor in implementing personnel movements in case of holidays, illness, work stoppages or priority setting.

- Act as a coordinator during the shifts to solve technical/quality and logístical problems.

- Focus on volume, efficiency and delivery times.

- Ensure that the shift is performed in accordance with safety policies and guidelines.

**Your background**:

- Five-year diploma.

- At least 10 years' experience in production/logistics.

- Basic knowledge of English and the office package.

- Analytical and problem solving skills.

Autonomy, proactiveness, result orientation.

- Good interpersonal skills and interest in working in a dynamic context that requires interaction with other company functions.

Ability to work in a team.
