**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work independently on require requests for guest rooms and on guest floors

- Carry out routine checking and maintenance work for the Hotel

- Assist in update work order status and record in computer accordingly

- Communicate with departments or other relevant parties for work status

- Certificate of First Aid and mandatory Security training

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experiences

- Specialization in Plumbing/ Air Conditioning Engineering/ Painting & Decoration will be an advantage

- Strong technical knowledge in property maintenance

- Good English and Italian

- Hotel or guest services work experiences will be an advantage

- Communication skills towards colleagues and clients
