**Shipment Coordinator (40 hrs)

**Job description

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that inbound and outbound orders are processed on time and correctly

- Supervise warehouse workers for proper operations in warehouse

- Ensure to actual inventory should be matched the inventory in the system

- Arrange for distribution, ocean freight and air freight based on customers' requirements

- Making proper quotations in order to get potential new businesses

- Purchase necessary things for warehouse and office works

- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts in order to ensure effective relationships

- Report irregular matters, issuers and problems to the branch manager timely**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics and distribution, especially in freight forwarding

- Bachelor degree in Management or Logistics

- Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently

- Very good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the ability to use bespoke databases

- Knowledge of operation system AS400 would be a big pré

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills and attention to detail are required

- Ability to work under your own initiative, managing your own workload effectively
