The ideal candidate is a university graduate with an interest in the world of shipping and foreign contacts who possesses problem solving skills, communication skills, attention to detail and precision. Main activities:- Scheduling and coordinating the loading of trucks and containers; - Booking couriers;- Issuing transport documents for Italian, European and non-European destinations; - Issuing customs documents; - Managing customs verifications; - Managing daily and monthly invoicing; - Organising the transfer of goods for Exhibitions and Service Lab; - Collecting and filing duly signed transport documents; - Managing the return ofgoods. Requirements:- Knowledge of the English language; - Previous experience inthe sector is considered preferential.
