The role will be part of the Shipping department.

You will manage the process of import-export of new Converting/ Packaging machinery and spare parts, document and process the shipment of the order in compliance with customs regulations and Export Control.

**Your Role**:

- you will interface with customers and suppliers;

- You will be responsible for reporting and monitoring flows;

- You will check the customs documentation;

- You will manage purchase orders for materials and services.

**Your Profile**:

- Previous experience in at least 3 years Shipping or Customer Service Office;

- Fluent English;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of SAP;

- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;

- Problem solving skills;

- Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills;

- Ability to prioritize and deal the urgencies.
