Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shipping specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of logistical operations for our automation machinery production.

Working closely with various departments and external suppliers, the Traffic Manager will oversee the planning, documentation, and transportation processes required to deliver our products to clients globally. Key ResponsibilitiesLoad Planning: Develop and manage detailed load schedules to ensure efficient transportation of machinery. Export Documentation: Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations. Packaging Oversight: Monitor and coordinate packaging activities performed by third-party suppliers to guarantee quality and timelines. Interdepartmental Coordination:Collaborate with the Administration team for accurate and timely invoicing. Work with the Procurement team and Production department to arrange transportation and oversee the pickup of machinery manufactured by external parties. Storage Solutions: Propose and manage external storage solutions for materials to optimize space utilization and logistics. Project Planning: Interface with Project Managers and Workshop Supervisors to align production schedules with logistical flows. Logistics Flow Management: Ensure seamless coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, addressing any challenges that arise. Key RequirementsExperience:Previous experience in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or transportation, preferably in the industrial or automation machinery sector. Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in managing export documentation and logistics processes. Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Other Requirements:Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software is a plus. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
