Shipping Specialist (temporary)

An opportunity has arisen for a Shipping and admin coordinator to join the Breganze Operations team, providing first class support and assistance to our Italian dealers and intercompany network

Key Responsibilities

Support the Italian Inbound and Outbound shipping team.

Prepare time sensitive daily documentation for Domestic and Intercompany shipments.

Liaise with internal departments to support and assist with customer freight issues.

Prepare KPI's and daily tracking spreadsheets.

Ad hoc tasks to support the local team and expand cover.

Coordinate inbound and outbound activity with the warehouse.

Communicate with external carriers, customs service providers etc.

A team player with well developed communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.

A good understanding of the supply chain process from order through to final delivery.

knowledge and understanding of the various modes of transport (Road, Air, Sea Courier) both regulatory and Operational.

PC literate (Outlook / Excel / Word).

Fluent English (an additional European language would be advantageous).
