OpportunityWe are building the shoes industrialization department of a prestigious Luxury Brand, leading player both in Italy and globally.

Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Shoes Industrialization Manager in charge of managing the developments industrialization and production of the collections.

The position will report to the Accessories Production Director and will be responsible for:

Industrialize collections in strong partnership with Development, Design & Product teams within quality/sustainability/on-time/mark-up targets Secure collections on-time production and delivery to central platform Contribute to the definition & implementation of the sourcing strategy Assure quality and compliance with safety and sustainability policies, minimizing risks Build and grow a team of talents, while continuously respecting corporate social responsibilityRequirements Strong leadership and management skills Entrepreneurial spirit, negotiation skills, result-orientation Strong customer orientation and capability to work transversally Strong know-how and technical background on luxury shoes:

good knowledge and technical skills in shoes industry, master in production processes and tools, good knowledge of suppliers network Required experience:

at least 7-10 years experience in shoes industrialization & production in fashion or luxury industry, including at least 3-5 years with management responsibilities, and operational experience (manufacturing, planning. )

Education:

business / engineering school or equivalent + complementary training in fashion industry Languages:

fluent in English, spoken and written.

French is considered a plus.
