**Ensure the smooth running of our plant equipment

As a Shop/Plant Welding Operator, you will play a key role in our daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line.

You will get hands-on experience of assembling innovative and cutting-edge products for the energy industry.

You will be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of our customer builds.

As a Shop/Plant Welding Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Executing welding activities related to carbon steel, stainless steel and superalloys materials.

- Checking the final quality of the activities as indicated by the MFG routing by filling the welding inspection plan.

- Maintaining work station.

- Vouchering worked hours applicable to the MFG activity assigned.

- Participating to continuous improvement through project proposals.

- Following the shopfloor policy related to working shift, lunch break and PPE use.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have proven experience as welder operator.

- Be competent in SMAW, FCAW and GTAW welding processes.

- Have ability in different welding position.

- Be able to report safety, quality and route issues to the supervisor.

- Be fluent in written and spoken Italian.

- Have an EU work permit.
