Shopper Manager
JOB PURPOSE**:
**Managing and executing End2end Shopper and HCP engagement journey for a given category, responsible for the HCP and Shopper activation.
**:
- Implements the category strategy in-store and through HCP activation
- Develops shopper and HCP communication tools that supports category and customer growth plans
- Continuously identify opportunities that can win with shoppers and HCP and drive future growth
- Strong Collaboration with cross functional teams (customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory) and global teams when relevant
**KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Drive Category Growth**:
- Shopper and HCP execution for category, ensuring aligned How to Win choices based on shopper and HCP insights to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability, managing resource allocation across portfolio of brands
**Accountable for development, alignment, full execution and administration of all Shopper & HCP materials for a given category, including**:
- Shopper initiatives: BTL investments, visibility programs, trade leaflets, pharmacy communication materials, chain marketing promotions
- HCP initiatives: KOL programs, conferences, pharmacist learning programs, detailing communication
- Manages category Shopper and HCP budget
**Growth plan execution through collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the customer teams to harmonize category inputs into the Customer Plan (promotional priorities by cycle/channel/customer)
- Support in defining the trade strategy and engagement tools
- Collaborate with the growth performance team in defining the right KPIs to track the ROI of the Growth Plan and the execution - on time and on quality - of the key initiatives
- Analyze the growth performance team recommendations to fine tune / change the plan in order to maximize the profitability and accelerate the market share gain

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
**Education**:
- Business background, Bachelor degree
**Required knowledge and/or experience**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing or Shopper/Customer/Trade Marketing
- Current or previous experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies
- Executional excellence
- Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking
- Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs
- Creativity and problem-solving
- Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
- Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
- Digitally Savvy
**Language skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken) in local language + English
