Work with a regional Shopper & Trade Marketing team to develop Category Growth Vision for Digestive Health including Growth Drivers, Strategies & Tactics and roll it out across key customers as part of Range Review process

- Improve Buscopan, Dulcolax & Dioralyte 4Ps through Range Review process by leveraging relevant data/insights to protect core range and list NPDs

- Shopper profiling

- Master shopper insights and own the shopper profiles (where they buy, how they shop, how they buy, what they buy) for the assigned categories/brands

- Segment and target "priority" shopper profiles

- Map purchasing drivers and barriers to be removed to maximize growth

Shopper planning and execution:

- Define shopper strategies coherent with the brand positioning, able to conquer the targeted shopper profiles by maximizing the purchasing drivers and driving impact in-store

- Collaborate with x-functional team (Customer hub, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply etc) to define growth opportunities for Lower GI brands on annual basis

- Provide guidance to the Customer team to create Annual Commercial Plan for key channels & customers across 4P drives for base business and NPD launches

- Track 4P execution across key channels / customers and provide monthly performance updates.

Monitor & drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual achievement of strategic objectives

- Own the financials, sizing the BTL investments and respecting the budget while executing whilst assessing ROI on activities
