Who we are looking for

The Short Term Advisor manages the replacement vehicle supply service both in the event of the car being stopped at a repairer and in the event of waiting for a long-term vehicle ordered by the customer.

The aim of the project is to control and improve the service provided ensuring a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer.

Short Term Advisor, through the analysis of the feasibility of providing the replacement vehicle service to the customer, proceeds, in accordance with the customer's directives, to provide it through the tools made available by the Customer.

**Duties and Responsibilities

- Management of web practices for requesting replacement and pre-assignment vehicles;

- Processing and resolution of cases reported by customer care regarding disservices and customer needs;

- Ensure the correct execution of the provision of the replacement vehicle by following the directives of order of priority for the choice of suppliers of replacement cars.

**Requirements**:

- Good organizational skills;

- Result orientation;

- Flexibility;

- Proactivity;

- Good communication skills;

Degree (technical or economic disciplines);

- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector in other roles;

- Italian (good knowledge);

- English (good knowledge).
