On behalf of** a Design brand, ** we are now looking for a:

**Showroom and A&D Specialist

The brand is seeking a motivated **Showroom and A&D Specialist** reporting to Sales Manager.

He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards;

- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy;

- Assist with stock management and ordering;

- Maintain up to date CRM;

- Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking;

- Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company's brand awareness;

- Develop contract business through A&D Clients.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry;

- Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus;

- Strong communication skills and business acumen;

- High end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry;

- Proficient in MS office;

- Fluent Italian and English.
