As Commercial & Wholesale Assistant, you are responsible for the day-to-day communication of wholesale clients, coordination of the showroom and support with the execution of the wider sales strategy.
Wholesale:
Providing communication support with wholesale partners in a timely manner
Generating monthly communications for all wholesale partners and clients
Handle general requests from clients such as product information, brand images, products?
images and content, shipping documentations
Sending official communications to clients regarding deliveries, out of stock products, new launches and general day to day information
Monitor online stores to make sure our brand is well represented (images, visual merchandising, RRPs)
Assisting Showroom Management
Help with the showroom set up and the sales campaign preparation
Inputting, amending and processing sales orders
Assisting with maintenance and updates of ERP system and Shopify whole platforms, including both front and backend (daily operations, order management, product uploads, web design, visual assets and more)
Perform in-depth market research, analyze and produce reports on brand positioning, competitors and current market landscape.
Admin:
Assist in all regular administrative duties in the wholesale department.
Assist on any ad hoc administration duties as directed by the Manager
Ensure accurate administration of order and logistic processes;
Update databases and company systems on a regular basis ensuring client information is always accurate
Monitor deliveries and ensure a close working relationship with the Distribution department to ensure the smooth processing of all orders for key accounts.
Communicate any problems with the Sales staff.
Updating any paperwork necessary for order shipments
Profilo
Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
Computer literate, with Microsoft office experience
Previous experience in a sales is a plus
Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
Strong communication skills, customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Strong organizational skills working both independently and as part of a team
Proactive mindset and a creative thinker
Strong analytical skills
Fast adaptation on new tools and softwares
Italian and English (professional level) is a must
