Marni is looking for a Showroom Coordinator who join our Commercial Team.

In this role s/he will serve as liaison amongst Sales, Logistic, Production, Finance, Accounts Receivable and External suppliers and your goal will be provide a best in class luxury showroom service leading the temp showroom staff team and respecting the budget assigned.

**Main Responsabilities

- Organize the showroom daily operations coordinating all the internal sales, sales operations, marketing, logistic, finance, facility etc ) and the external suppliers (models agency, catering, security, cleaning etc )

- Lead the temp staff team (vendors, runners, data entry)

- Calculate the temp staff working hours, check invoices and raise PO

- Fill out the budget/projections files for finance and support the HR function for the temp staff team contracts

- In coordination with the Group facility and safety function organize all the maintenance activities

**Job Requirements

- At least 2 years relevant experience in a luxury showroom

- Elevate Standing with a natural commercial attitude, excellent English and Italian written and verbal (mandatory) an additional language will be considered as a plus

- Flexible and with a multitasking approach

- Strong organizational skill with a tangible problem solving attitude

- Financial acumen with a strong capability of prepare and maintain financial reports of all showroom expenses

- Enthusiastic team leader with a proven records on Team management

- Bachelor's degree required

- Proficient in MS Office
